It doesn't do anything aside from prevent the swarm from happening during Main Phase 1. And that's ignoring the Baby Dragons' indifference to this. Just saying Redox really doesn't hit over this in battle, but that's obvious. OT: Yeah.. There are much much better side card options this format than this. It' just not really worth it.
