Stan Alda
Loosely based on Gravitational Anomaly, the Neutronium/Antineutronium Spheres are a pair of monsters that instantly nuke both players' fields and hands when you control both of them. They have no means of attacking, but they can't be destroyed by battle. Their abnormally high level could make them useful as Xyz material (but you can't use them together!) if you can't get them both out. Their only Summoning restriction is that they can't be Summoned from the Deck. In short, they're supposed to be an enormous, irreversible one-shot nuke, with a secondary Xyz fodder role. They are still a major work in progress. Here are my main issues: What types should they be? Should they completely clear the hand, or remove all but one card? Do they need more summoning restrictions, such as no Graveyard recycling? Neutronium Sphere LIGHT Level 10 ???/Effect Cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck. Cannot be destroyed by battle. When you control an "Antineutronium Sphere": Banish all cards on the field and both player's hands. Neither player can activate card effects in response to this effect. 0/0 Antineutronium Sphere DARK Level 10 ???/Effect Cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck. Cannot be destroyed by battle. When you control a "Neutronium Sphere": Banish all cards on the field and both player's hands. Neither player can activate card effects in response to this effect. 0/
Aix
You forgot to change "Antineutronium" to "Neutronium" in Antineutronium Sphere's lore. There is no need for the (Damage is calculated as normal). I'd say these guys are outclassed by Sky Scourge Norleras.

Good point on Norleras, but: It's a Nomi, whereas these can be summoned any way aside from Deck searching. Norleras only destroys, while these banish. Norleras's effect can be negated. These can't. Then again, why not run both? Norleras can actually battle and gives you a card, while these have a banishing, non-negatable nuke. Chaos Nuke could be an interesting deck... Anyway, got any type ideas?
Aix
Norleras sends, actually, so Stardust and stuff can't touch it. A lot of people use Norleras with Chaos Phantom. The point about negating it is irrelevant if its Chaos Phantom. These guys would be viable with a bit of support though, I like the idea.

That dichotomy drives me bananas. But mine makes a bigger boom, so ha!
seattleite
For type, Machine or Pyro comes to mind. This is an interesting and creative nuke, unfortunately there's currently no easy way to run or get out two Level 10's that don't SS themselves. True that banishing does more harm to the opponent than sending, but at least with Norleras you can benefit by dumping Malicious or Necro Gardna. From a TCG standpoint there's just no way to really capitalize from banishing all your cards. Except maybe Incarnates, but they'd have a hard time fitting in 4-6 copies of these cards.
