Call of the Elf: Wait... so, the monsters cannot be normally Summoned at all without this? This already makes this archetype a bit difficult as you have to have at least one card that you can only have 3 copies of, and if you don't have it, your entire archetype becomes unplayable. It would be a lot better if this card was a method of helping bring out Elves onto the field rather than be the only way they ever hit the field.

What I said about Arros in here still applies as the new Elves are all Level 5+ and therefore a bit hard to bring out. Not to mention I am not sure if they work with the "Elvish" cards that don't have "Elf" in their name. Even if the Elves could be mass-produced like crazy (a risky move due to Xyz Monsters. If you Summon a million billion Elves, you run into the issue of them being used for the Xyz Monsters and becoming broken when you have eleventy umpteen Shock Masters backed by an artillery of Maestrokes). So this would pretty much become worthless unless the archetype manages to bring out a lot of Elves of various Levels or make them unable to be used for Extra Deck monsters (the latter is a serious hindrance to the archetype's playability though, so it's not recommended unless it's for balance).

Ambush is an archetype specific version of this card, which is a weaker version of Dimensional Prison, which is arguably a weaker version of Mirror Force. Feel free to give it something to make it not completely obsolete (it has the fact that it's a Counter Trap going for it, but that really isn't enough).

Blessing is pretty much a "Xyz Summon from your Graveyard" due to the fact that it's a dual Monster Reborn for the archetype. Why exactly is this a Quick-Play card? Judging by the huge ATK score of your new Elves, this might also turn into a crazy method of dishing out huge damage, which I don't particularly like. There's also the issue that it has with Thedewn particularly, but I'll get to that when I get to Thedewn. Since this doesn't seem like it would be a particularly powerful archetype, I suppose you can just limit the Level of the SSed monsters to be Level 4 or lower to give this archetype some sort of easy method of getting a low-rank Xyz (since about every archetype that matters has something like this :S).

Mikill's only interesting aspect is that it's Level 9, which doesn't give it the ability to turn into Rank 8 Xyz monsters. However, there are some Rank 9 Xyz Monsters that this could be interesting with. It's hard to say anything about this because he doesn't really have an effect, just a restriction. Depending on the severity of the effect, you could also bump his ATK up to 2800, 2900, or maybe 3000. It really depends on how good Mikill will be in comparrison to Uphin.

Thedewn could possibly become a problem card if the archetype is expanded on in a way that either gets him into your hand or on the field more easily than Tributing 2 monsters for his Tribute Summon. For a 2-Tribute Monster with such a powerful effect, his ATK score is pretty much perfect right now. The only issues with it is that it's a one-sided shutdown for Spells as you can sling Spell Cards across the room as much as you want, and that his effect is worded strangely. Is this effect supposed to keep working after he leaves? If so, that should really be fixed since a permanent Spell shutdown isn't really nice at all.

Uphin is basically Mikill all over again, but with a bit more ATK. And as Mikill, he should really have an effect. Perhaps something not as powerful as Mikill, but also something that isn't just a weaker form of Mikill's soon-to-be-effect. If it's weak enough, you could even give this guy a method of Special Summoning himself.
