1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 1 Non-Tuner Monster

When a Xyz-Material would be Detached and sent to the Graveyard, Banish it instead. During either players turn, If your Opponent has Special Summoned 2 or more Monsters this turn, You can Tribute this monster; Destroy all Special Summoned monsters on the field. During the End Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard: You can Special Summon it. This card can only be Special Summon this way once per Duel.

OCG is probably a little off, what do you think?

OCG Fix:
"When a Xyz-Material would be detached and sent to the Graveyard: Banish it instead. Anyway, inb4obviousanti-Xyzregard. I'm not sure if the "1 Non-Tuner" is a typo, because according to this, you can only use 2 monsters to Synchro Summon it. I guess that could use some checking. I think this card could be potentially overpowered, only slightly though. I'm talking about the Special Summon nuke effect here. Indeed, this would obliterate any silly Wind Ups or Fire Fists shenanigans, but then again it does say 2 or more, and it is all Special Summoned (even your own.)

I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, it has more ATK than Black Rose, very good at thrashing Xyzs (unless Bani-Dragons), however it is restrictive in Tuners (and atm non-Tuners) as well as nukes only Special Summoned monsters.

Non-Tuner thing is a typo. Meant to write 1 or more non-Tuner monsters, sorry.

And the Special Summon effect is meant to be good, but if it was destroy all monsters it would be broken as ****.

You can Summon this card by using Debris Dragon, which was the idea. Either use Plants which are getting some support next set (yay) or use E-Dragons to Summon the mini-WIND Dragon and Sync for this or Starform Dragon (Though Starform is much better)...

Making this is fairly simple due to Debris being a card, although that method wouldn't be accessible for all decks. The effect is, essentially, a mass field nuke during your opponent's turn. I wouldn't go so far as to call it end-all, but it is very powerful, especially on a 2600 body, probably to the point of being "OP". That being said, a card with this much muscle should NOT be given an effect like that last one, so you need to take that out, or else this becomes plain retarded to play against. All in all, it's not the best design not execution in the world, but it's not the worst out there.
