Aix
Saw the picture, immediately wanted to make a card with it. Shining Valkyrie [LIGHT/Fairy/Effect] If a card effect is activated that would remove a monster(s) from the field: Tribute this card; negate the effect, and if you do, banish that card. If a monster is destroyed by battle: You can shuffle this card and that card from your Graveyard into the Deck, and if you do, you can add 1 monster with a different name, but the same Type and Attribute from your Deck to your hand. ATK/1900 DEF/1600
-DOOM
Does the first effect also activate during your opponent's turn? Doomcaliber Knight used to be worded like this card but now it has "During either player's turn" in it.

-DOOM
Initially, I thought that this card was too good, until I realized that it also negates your removal :D. So it should be quite easy to run over this card. The second effect is also balanced, and I find it rather creative as well. The Image, the overall card, is just great  EDIT: Another ruling question Can you activate the second effect when you destroy an opponent's monster? Because that would break it IMO. It wouldn't do anything except destroy their Graveyard setup, unless this is a mirror match.
~Shin~
You sure seem rusty. :P (this is mostly due to me :s) Do both effects activate during either player's turn ? What must the add monster be diffirent from ? this card or your destroyed monster ? I assume they do activate, and that you meant this card. Which resulets in a searcher for Honest. And Agents, Vylons, Constellars, Ten Thousand Hands, Counter Fairies, Banisher and Kristya (but who cares !? HONEST I tell ya). Still it is fairly (no pun intended) hard to trigger this effect. That is sad. Maybe if it works on you opponent's monsters ( I assume it dose not as it says "that card from your Graveyar"), this card is banished instead (and can not be ss too maybe) and it gets an ATK of 1800 things would go well !? I mean its not like your opponent would just leave small monsters on field for you. Now the first effect. It save your monsters from basically from all spinners, destroyers, banishers and even senders (unless you meant "banish a monster(s) on the field" by "remove a monster(s) from the field"). It is uncontrollable and 1900 is not hard to get over, only thing that makes it somewhat OP is that it baits traps easily. So in short, the first effect is wonderful, and the second effect can grab some OP cards, but as it is now the only real way to trigger is to ram you own monsters. Hope I helped. -DOOM
Well, it's not broken I guess, but I dislike what it does. The effect gives every monster an additional (potential) +1 effect, that is quite good (When you can use it). It's kinda Slippery Slope. And while it is bad against Mermails, or Dragons, maybe Fire Fists (except in a Mirror Match/some Wind-Up Decks run Bear though), it will punish you for playing Dark Worlds (because TGU exists). I realize that it does not affect many decks, but so does Chimeratech. This is my thought process. I might be wrong (I certainly am), because I just recently got into this site again.
