1) Make it a FLIP: effect. Or to be more precise go see Brain Jacker.

2) 0 ATk and DEF

all numbers should be represented as number symbols ex: 0 not zero

 

It's last effect is too powerful for a low level flip. Maybe you could add it to another card with similar effect conditions. Most of the time its effect will be very effective so it could see plenty of use.

When you wrote "This card cannot be Tributed" did you mean "the equipped monster cannot be Tributed"?

 

Anyhow. It's too slow to have much impact against Decks that can Xyz or Synchro since the monster won't stay on the field long enough to hit zero. At what point of the turn does it lose ATK? Standby Phase? End Phase?

it might help to make it's effect prevent the equipped monster from being Synchro or XYZ'd if you don't then most decks would be able to get around it really fast. or you could give it an effect that punishes for using the equipped monster like that, for instance give a life point penalty or discard cards.

Lore-

 

A creature without a soul or life of it's own, the Wicker Man latches onto any creature it encounters and drains it's life force like a vampiric leech. It has no other weapons, and if it must face another creature face to face, it is very likely to fail.

It does, however, have powerful magic to keep its host from escaping. Once it has a hold on another creature, it is nigh impossible to escape.
