You can tribute this card: Special Summon 1 "Bio-Mage" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. Once per turn: You can send 1 "Bio-" card from your hand to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 "Bio-Sprite" monster from your Deck. You can only use 1 "Bio-Sprite Summoner" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

The ATK and DEF of all "Bio-Sprite" monsters are doubled. While this card has Xyz Materials, "Bio-Sprite" monsters cannot attack the same turn they activate their effects. If a "Bio-" monster inflicts battle damage to your opponent's Life Points: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; You can destroy 1 card on the field. This effect of "Bio-Mage Tempest" can only be activated once per turn.

Tribute 1 "Bio-" monster; Special Summon 1 banished "Bio-Mage". A monster with the same name as the tributed monster cannot activate its effect this turn or have activated its effect this turn. You can only activate 1 "Bio-Spell Evolution" per turn.

 

Bio-Spell Breaker

Trap

Discard 1 "Bio-Sprite" monster; destroy up to 2 Spell/Trap cards on the field. A monster with the same name as the discarded monster cannot activate its effect this turn or have activated its effect this turn. You can only activate 1 "Bio-Spell Breaker" per turn.

I like the pseudo-Hieratic thing you've got going on, lots of fun.

 

Dragoon confuses me a little bit; if it would be milled by a Lightsworn, does it just go back to the top of your deck?

 

Nice cards overall, their limitation clause keeps any of them from being too good, as does supporting this thing. Also, you should make a 3 Bio-Mage Xyz for Inferno Reckless Summon plays.
