Stormturtles - A very conceptual archetype

Just an idea I had for something a little bizarre.

Stormturtle - Fog Wanderer
WATER / Level 4
[Reptile/Effect]
When this card is Normal Summoned, Add to your Hand 1 "Raimei" from your Deck, OR, you can Discard 1 "Raimei" and add to your Hand 1 "Lightning Vortex" from your Deck instead. If this card is flipped Face-Up: Special Summon 1 "Violent Rain" from your Deck.

Stormturtle - Calling Downpour
WATER / Level 4

You can Discard 1 "Lightning Vortex": Special Summon up to 2 "Violent Rain" from your Deck. This effect of "Stormturtle - Calling Downpour" can only be activated once per turn. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. Once per turn, when you activate "Raimei": Draw 1 card.

You can Tribute 1 Face-up "Violent Rain": Special Summon this card(from your Hand). If this card is Summoned in this way, add to your Hand 1 "Lightning Vortex" from your Deck, OR target 1 "Lightning Vortex" in your Graveyard; Add it to your Hand.

Raigeki Vortex

Discard 1 "Lightning Vortex": Destroy all monsters your Opponent controls. Then, during the Opponent's next turn, the Opponent cannot control more monsters then the number of monsters that were destroyed by this effect. You must control a Face-up "Stormturtle" monster to activate and resolve this effect. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activated this card.
