When a player draws a card from their respective Deck (except during the Draw Phase); both players must discard 1 card. Each time a card is sent from your hand to the Graveyard, you can place 2 Shift Counters on this card. Once per turn you can remove Shift Counters from this card to apply the one of the following effects:  2 Counters: Discard 1 card and send 1 card from your Deck to the Graveyard. 4 Counters: Both players discard 1 card and draw 1 card. 6 Counters: Both players send their entire hand to the Graveyard and draw 2 cards.

This card is very unfair. Did you think of Dark Worlds at all? All the discard effects are worded using "and". Your opponent discarding when you draw cards is just wrong. Say you activate something like Upstart Goblin, you still even out at +0 by discarding something like Broww or Snoww. If you draw a good hand, it's easy to activate multiple cards such as Card Destruction, Dragged, Upstart, DWD all of which will trigger this card's effect, and your opponent might be left with no hand at the end of turn 1, while you still haven't minused, and have accumulated craploads of counters which you can use later in the Duel to replace your bad hand. Not to mention this card is searchable.

 

It's also worded using really old OCG but I'll fix that later.
