You can also stick it on anyone in the deck, except Honest. Habakiri is really too good. Safe Zone is there because it felt like a neat card to tech in. Tenki proves it's amazing design once again by letting you search Tenki RoTA or Bujin RoTA on crack. Oh and it makes Yamato 1900, 10/10 card design there Konami. I'm aware the song doesn't really fit considering they're all LIGHT, but still, I wanted an excuse to use this song.
Aerion Brightflame
You don't need Barbaros really. Or a 3rd lance. Prism still seems bad as ever this format to me. Try 1 Tensen (The fire formation trap that makes you unaffected by card effects) 2 Dress for Big Eye protection, and from Bears and the like. And then Duality for the last spot, since the sooner you get Yamato, the sooner you win essentially. That's got to be the aim, either searching or protecting it. I hope your extra includes Paladus? Resident Fascist
I hope your extra includes Paladus? It does, also, I'm testing Barbaros right now, I sorta felt obliged to play it. I want to play a solid level 4 BW over it, more Tenki targets and so on. The only LIGHT one that feels generic enough to put in would be Vivid Knight, but idk how good that actually is, or how important Omega is. Otherwise, Winged Rhino or something like that sprung to mind. Mostly I'm just at the stage of poking around testing things right now, I like this deck enough to stick with it (Beast and Beast-Warrior happens to be my favorite type in the whole game, so yeah) so I guess I'll work something out eventually. The advantage of the low monster count means with Yamato you can thin out your monsters early on, and then just basically be drawing into protection after protection, and just grinding down your opponent card after card. Then if you can't save it enough, you use Advent, make Susanoo, and go for a quick finish, since it can't do the sit on your butt and grind them out like Yamato does. But if you want another Beast Warrior, try a second Bear.
