swag swag swag swag swag s
Once per turn, during your opponent's Standby Phase, select 1 face-upcard on the field. The selected card's effect(s) is negated during that turn. During each of your Standby Phases, pay 500 Life Points or destroy this card. Discuss. .codex
It's kind of awful really isn't it? It takes way too long to be good, and most of the time, you simply want to go Fiendish Chains instead. It does take care of Spells/Traps though, but you could also just use MST on them. And it has a dumb payment effect for no reason. The art is pretty cool though. Does anyone know what card that is, it's in Japanese for some reason it seems, or maybe that's just my eyes :P
newhat
It can hit monsters as well as face-up Spells and Traps. I don't think there's anything worth hitting besides some kind of Ignition Effect Spell like Gates. It would be pretty funny to use this on a Quick-Play Spell Card. So if they XYZ with the monster that is fiendish chained, fiendish chain is useless and takes up space. That's not a problem with this card. .codex
Oh, I kind of misread this, it's your opponent's Standby Phase, even then, it still becomes weird to play :/ Implying MST negates, also it can change target. So if they XYZ with the monster that is fiendish chained, fiendish chain is useless and takes up space. That's not a problem with this card. What do you mean? I am talking about getting rid of Spells and Traps here. Also, Fiendish on the field isn't the worst thing, that means that some cards can get it back to your hand.
