A card inspired from the concept of Entropy

Space of Magnified Entropy

Spell Card - Continuous

When this card is activated; select one monster you control and destroy it. While this card is active all monsters on the field are treated as the destroyed monster in all aspects. No monsters may be set.

It has been a while since I last posted here, so I expect my grammar to be rusty. At any rate, comment away!

I don't think this is a smart design. You're basically making every monster Copycat times 20! From what I gather, you gain ATK/DEF their effects, if they're a Tuner or something, Levels and more probably. I think making it so only those that are CURRENTLY face-up would be affected, it's still powerful as it can just close down every monster, and I don't even know how it would work on some monsters, are Tokens, Trap Monsters and Xyz Monsters affacted by this, and HOW are they? Also, take out the no Setting, it's out of place.

What does this have to do with entropy?
Anyways, terrible idea. Plenty of cards chain off of your own cards being destroyed, and the cards being treated as other cards is too vague. Do they gain the effects and stats of the destroyed monster as well? And why is setting involved? This simply seems ill-conceived and lacks any proper PSCT/OCG.

Thank you all 3 of you! Your comments shall be taken into consideration!

EDIT:

Space of Magnified Entropy

Spell Card - Continuous

While this card is active; all face-up monsters on the field are treated as normal monsters. During either player's End Phase; decrease the ATK and DEF of all face-up monsters on the field by 500: either player may discard a card to negate this effect. Neither player may change the battle position of monsters with 0 ATK and 0 DEF, except by a card effect.

How does this relate to Entropy?

Entropy can be defined as tendecy of the universe to undergo a shift from order to disorder, via means of having the usable energy (non-thermal) limited. As all mass has the tendecy to trade thermal energy untill the temperature is homogenous, this might eventually lead to all the universe having a homogenous temperature and thus having each atom vibrate at the very same rate, effectively establishing an infinite sameness. Likewise,  all monsters on the field have their effects removed and their ATK and DEF gradually reduced to zero, becoming somewhat identical to each other. The card discard clause stems from the fact that Entropy can only be temporarily reversed by using energy.
