Not really. Also, this is kind of weirdly worded, but I want to activate this card without also using it's effect, can I do that the way I worded it? Please tell me :D:D

Once per turn: You can send 1 card from your hand to your Graveyard to target 1 Xyz Monster with no Xyz Material; attach as many "Xyz Blocks" cards you control, except this card, from your hand or Graveyard to that card as Xyz Materials as possible. During your next End Phase of the turn you activated this effect, if you do not control a Xyz Material with a "Xyz Blocks" as a Xyz Material: Destroy all Xyz Monsters on the field, also return as many Xyz Blocks from both players Graveyards to their hand.
