Hyako Posted March 16, 2008 Author Report Share Posted March 16, 2008 It's to make them more Naruto-like.It's like putting Spell Counters on a card, or whatever.And since in Naruto you need Chakra to use Jutsus, well, I made Chakra Counters to make them more Naruto-like without making them Un-Yu-Gi-Ohish.
