TRUE RULER^(Imper.Di )
Lore: While your Life Points are higher than your opponents, in addition to your usual Summon, you can Normal Summon up to 2 Normal Monsters whose combined Levels are 5 or lower. While this card is face-up on the field, neither player can Xyz Summon. I devised the effect to be able to Summon a group of Normal Tuners for an archetype I'm making. Is this too overpowered for general use(any Normal monster)? An alternative Lore I can see is: While your Life Points are higher than your opponent's Life Points, you can Normal Summon 1 Normal monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) ^ but this also depowers the card entirely in that it only works while you have more life points instead of other cards just needing to be present. The only issues I could see is people might learn to fear Cyber-Tech Alligator, King Salmon, and Gaga gigo
Anozariel
This card is kill your hand, and easy to deal with. Actually what i can see until now a Rescue Rabbit would be a better choice in your deck. ^^' So my vote is NO
