Jellyfish sounds more like eating a sandwich. :/

If you or your opponent control a DARK monster: This card can attack your opponent directly. Once per turn: You can skip your Battle Phase; put a Sting counter on target Spell or Monster card. All monster cards with Sting counters on them cannot attack this card; this card is unaffected by the card effects of all cards with Sting counters on them. This card gains 300 ATK for every Sting counter on the field. When this card is destroyed: Remove all Sting counters from the field; you lose 100 Life Points for every Sting counter removed this way.

Cnc is always open~

Now, I'll give you props for creativity; I got real tired of reviewing "this card gains blah blah ATK". Anyhow, 10/10 for originality.

As for the actual card, it does hold an interesting balance between counters - it does prevent you from attacking, so it's not really usable in aggressive decks, yet in a good stall, defensive deck this card would almost be a must. Also, you'd have to watch to protect it so that you don't lose 100 LP if it gets destroyed. What I'm trying to say is that if I'd scale it on a balance from 1 to 10, I'd definitely give it at least an 8.

Picture's awesome too so no quirks there.

All in all good job, I can't think of much that you can fix except for the lore mistakes that I pointed out.
