Shinji Format Here are the rules: At the start of the duel, each player must agree what tragic event they will each whine about. Whenever someone summons a monster or activates a card, they must check the latest printing of the card (International or Japanese) and flip a number of coins equal to the rarity or location of the printing (if there are multiple in a set, choose the rarest): Commons and Rares in regular Booster Packs - 0 Commons from Starter Decks, Structure Decks, Battle Packs, Duelist Packs, Duel Terminals/Hidden Arsenals, or anything else - 1 Super Rares - 1 Ultra Rares - 2 Secret Rares - 3 Cover Cards - 4 If the person flipping gets a tails on any of these, the action is negated, the card is sent to the Graveyard, and the player who played the card begins whining about the tragic event that they said they would whine about.
