NeedlingLPT6467
I am aware that a card named After Glow already exists, but only in Japanese in Tag Force 6. So I decided to make a similar card, but one that is slightly different and more balanced.[attachment=37497:createcard.jpg]
Astolfo
Who would use this except some reverse-damage/switch-damage deck or w/e?
Zazubat
This... is not good. There's plenty of cards which put cards on the top of your Deck, meaning you can just set up this quite easily. Also, you don't even need to "deck edit" as you could just return that same card from your hand/fiend/grave with another card effect to the top of your Deck, making it even more flexable and easy to do. 8000 damage is almost always an instants win, and that's something you should never design a card around. If you put it down to maybe at the highest 2000, it can make for an interesting burn Deck, though most people on this site dislike burn Decks, besides some annyoing Decks, like Neph pointed out that there's a reverse damage Deck (using Gift Card and Bad Reaction to Simochi) could give you a TON of Life Points, which there are a few Decks that can abuse as well. I took a look at After Glow, and thank god that card never became real, it would make burn Decks way more relevant. You also forgot to post the lore. NeedlingLPT6467
So I would add this to the lore text: During the turn you activate this card, you cannot activate Spell/Trap/Effect Monster effects, except "After Glow". That way you wouldn't be able to activate effects that put After Glow on top of your Deck.
Kazooie
It's horrible design, just like the anime counterpart. Having a card that says "WIN NOW OR LOSE" is just flatout horrible. Alternate win conditions should be just that, alternate. They shouldn't have to be the main focus of a deck like this would absolutely have to be. There is no way to balance a card like this, cause it would either be horrible or horribly busted, with horrible design pretty much every time. It would be best if you just scrapped this idea and moved on. If you really wanted to do something with it, think about it hard before you do. Don't make it an instant win card just because it technically was in the anime, it wasn't good design then and it certainly isn't now.
