When this card is targeted for an attack: You can target one other "Blackwing" monster you control; that monster becomes the target of this attack." (I know the OCG is off, but it's better than the original). So, the card...it seems cool. Spamming the Blackwing synchros from the grave could be fun, although is second effect is pretty useless.
