TheKaitoKid
FLIP: Send 1 random card from your opponent's hand to the Graveyard. If a card or effect is activated that would Special Summon a monster(s) from a player's Graveyard: Banish this card from the Graveyard; negate that card's effect, and if you do, destroy it. So let's see a TGU target with anti-meta properties. It's on the weaker side, but still stronger than TGU. Good disruptive effect too. Thoughts? Also, FLIP effect. Don't see that everyday. playking57
I think this card has a cool design, not like all the weird anthro animal-child cards that I've noteced a lot of. The ank symbols all over it are kind of ironic too, since its effect kills and keeps cards dead instead of bringing them back. It seems like it would at LEAST be semi-limited though, with both of these effects, especially one being a flip. It would be an excellent counter to Zombie decks, too, since they mostly focus on special summoning from the Graveyard.

It's balanced in that the only advantage it generates is a hit to the hand, but since it's a FLIP effect, it's too slow to be real threat. It's biggest use would be going into it with TGU which would make use of its second effect. The second effect is totally balanced cause it doesn't net you any unfair advantage, and it's a mandatory trigger which means you can't Special Summon monsters from the Graveyard either. Also, being a madatory trigger means it's kind of easy to bait out, and having two or more in the Graveyard when your opponent activates their "Monster Reborn" or something of the sort will cause a SEGOC chain and all copies of it will be banished. So the card would take some skill to play (like most anti-meta cards tend to take). This alone balances the card if you ask me. But I'd like to hear back from more people. Strider Tigerwolf
Honestly, the design in this card is quite nice. Flips for a -1 on the opponent that doesn't trigger Dark Worlds, and an Anti-Revival clause while it is in the Graveyard is quite nice and very anti-metaish as well as a potent minor counter to several top tier decks (Like E-Drags). The only thing is, you'd have to give some space for the effects. You've seen the errata for Night Assailant right? See how the FLIP effect is in one section, then the discard section is split off? Do the same thing to this card. Other than that, it's quite an effective anti-Meta that Tour Guide could use without it being as broken.
Blake
ITT: Cards that hit the hand for absolutely no cost are nice design. Card is damn awful design. The fact that it was actively designed to work with Tour Bitch just makes the design even worse, because the intent is obviously for her to abuse it. Hitting the hand is not a good thing to do, especially when it's not even a discard. It's a powerful effect in any form, and is just limited by how easy/hard it is to pull off; A FLIP effect is hardly difficult. Second effect isn't that bad, I guess, but it's still stupid design. It either rewards you for using it as Xyz Material, hitting a card in your opponent's hand, or both. It also makes Leviair live in rewarding you on a slippery slope. It totally locks down their ability to revive anything in any way, lest it be killed. There's no reason to use the card because nothing uses Grave Removal actively. The fact that it locks you down isn't going to be relevant most of the time, and will only matter when you're in topdecking mode, or you were being stupid putting it in the grave in the first place. It doesn't even hit some of the cards I assume were the intent beyond Reborn, such as Grapha, Machina Fortress, etc. because they don't SS via effect. This is just Godawful design made to make a dead, broken engine live again. Lock.
