LORE 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WATER monsters. When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all other monsters on your side of the field. Once per turn: You can have this card lose 800 ATK and DEF (permanently) to Special Summon one WATER monster with 1500 ATK or less from your Graveyard. Striker Posted May 10, 2013 Report Share Posted May 10, 2013 FIrst effect doesn't mean much since you could just Summon this with only the monsters needed: leaving nothing left on your side of the field. The second part of the effect is an iffy. It cannot be used for Xyz or Synchro Summoning, but Merlanteans sure could use this with some of their cards to further wreck your opponent if need be (and yes, that Deck has a lot of targets for this).
