Browst, Frenetic Flyer {First in Possible Archetype}

I got this idea and wanted to try it out and maybe make an archetype out of it. It's gonna be around returning cards to the top of the Deck, and they're gonna feature Synchros. The names are based on Danish cities, this card being based of the city Brovst. So what do you think? Worth exploring?

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Set Spell/Trap Card you control and 1 your opponent controls; returns both to the top of the Deck. Neither player can activate those targets in response ot this effect. This card must be face-up on the field to activate and to resolve this effect.

Rulings:

*If this card is banished by Bottomless Trap Hole, or destroyed by Torrential Triute, send back to the hand with Compulsory Evacuation Device, you do not return your card, nor your opponent's card to the top of the Deck.

IMO, if they do not get some search/draw power or maybe just really good synchros, they will sux.

Most spells/traps uesd today can chain to this card summon, though even if that happens it job is somewhat done. In any case my opinion is, the effect is useful but is misplaced.

It does quite a lot. If you're winning and your opponent drops a last-ditch Torrential, this will stun it and add 1700 damage. If your opponent has multiple Spells and Traps and kills it with a Bottomless you don't lose advantage. Being a Tuner is just tremendous.

A problem with the OCG (besides the missing space. I notice the problem with putting it back) is that this effect doesn't target your opponent's card. It targets your card, and it only spins one of theirs at resolution. The Night Beam clause doesn't make sense unless you have it pick both targets at once.

It could be a good theme if you don't push the theme too hard. An example of pushing the theme too hard is Scrap Kong. An example of "not" is Machina Peacekeeper. Though I don't get what makes this flyer "frenetic". Seems pretty laid-back and snowy.

Because I like alliteration, and that Archetypes in Yu-Gi-Oh has never made sense, I mean, look at Photons, those have a giant dragons and stuff.

OP: I can see what you mean here, and I will change it so it targets both, as that doesn't really make sense otherwise considering that picking happens at resolution. I also see how this can easily get powerful, and I will make sure to balance it in a way that both makes them useful, but also not overpowered.

EDIT: I have now posted a new version of the card. It's bit different in how it handles things, so please take a look.
