Aix
So this card is meant to counter Spellbooks and Elemental Dragons and other Decks that just dump stuff into their Graveyard to an extent and to also support Rank 9s and Starform Dragon and possibly Synchro Summoning other monsters (as possible with the last effect). May be a bit much though, so Reps for Reviews and Fixes. [hr] The Devourer of Souls [hr] [hr] [DARK/Level 9/Zombie/Tuner/Effect] [hr] You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by shuffling 10 cards in your opponent's Graveyard or Banished Zone into the Deck. You can shuffle 1 card in your opponent's Graveyard or Banished Zone into their Deck to target 1 other monster you control; increase its Level by 1 (max. 12). When this card destroys a monster by battle: You can target 1 monster on the field; its Level becomes 1. [hr] ATK/ 2900 DEF/ 3100 [hr]
Zazubat
This card should just stop itself. It's extreamly easy to Summons, as most Decks manage to dumb more than 10 cards in their Graveyard on their first 3 turns, and you can keep Summoning multiples of these from your hand if possible, not something I am a big fan off. And then comes the stupidest part. Shuffling your whole Graveyard back into your Deck if that's your thing, and I just read, it's even the banished zone! You can only do it 3 if you only control this guy, but it's easy enough to just Summon whatever, and make it's Level 12, and then just attack, and boom you're down 1 again, and then you repeat. No X per turn, no form of restriction, it has a ton of ATK, it can make any Xyz Monster, and for god sake, it's also a Tuner! This card breaks games if it was a nomi, but it both isn't, and does way too much for it's own good. At least you didn't give it E-Dragon status of being of the cards being from both the Grave and the Banished Zone, it's only from 1 (you might have intended it to mean both, in which case, just staph). Oh woops, I just came back knowing I had to change it, cuz I could recycle Monster Reborn and stuff. Changes made.
Serefin
Can't really say much about this card as it is. I have an OCG problem though: in its Special Summoning conditions, you don't state who's deck the cards go to. Minor, but some players would probably abuse that by destroying one of their opponent's strong monsters then Special Summoning this card. Â Really, the only problem I have with this card is that it's a high level but it's a Tuner. That just feels arbitrary and it lets him become a target for an entire slew of card effects, both good and bad. I would suggest taking that away. Being able to activate a Spell that brings a Tuner out to your field and being able to target this guy, considering how strong he is, is just bad. Â Overall, not bad, but not good either. I'd give it a 7/10: good, but I can see a bit more potential in it.

The reason it's high-level and a Tuner is so that you can make it low level by destroying a monster by battle, which is a form of player interaction.  I have no clue what you mean by the spell card.
Serefin
I mean, because of its Tuner status, a person could activate a Spell card that Special Summons a Tuner from their deck or something and choose this card, automatically putting a beast of a monster on their field. The problem here isn't that it's a Tuner, it's that it's reusable cards, now granted, Aix has fixed this by only allowing it to be the opponent's making it a tad less powerful, though it can screw with a lot of Decks in that way, which I suppose is nice. But it still has the problem that Necroface has IMO
