Zazubat
A counterpart to this. Once per turn, during either player's turn, if your opponent controls no Xyz Monster(s): You can declare a Rank between 1 and 12; your opponent banishes 1 monster of that Rank from their Extra Deck. If your opponent doesn't have monster with that Rank in their Extra Deck, destroy this card, and if you do, discard 1 card. You can only control 1 face-up "Xyz Confinement". NoshpalStefan
First of all, two possible minor OCG fixes: - I think it's supposed to be "your opponent banishes one monster of that Rank from their extra deck. -Also, this isn't 100 % sure, but I think it's "discard your entire hand" rather than just your hand. Now, for the actual card, it's pretty interesting to say the least. but I actually see it as Underpowered - not because of the fact that it just banishes an Xyz, that's fine, but the fact that you need to discard the entire hand for just one Xyz is a tad too much. Then again, this card can also be broken if used in correct decks, such as Infernity and especially Dark World, considering that discarding the entire hand is not a cost (or at least I don't think it is). So I can't say much besides change the restriction to something that particular decks can't abuse but also make it something that doesn't completely weaken the card. Nononono, you misunderstood the card. You discard if your opponen't DOESN'T have a card with that Rank. It's the same as with Extra Gate, but since this is more predictable since you can use it when your opponent attemps to make move with 2 Level 4 monsters or something like that, I felt like it needed that bit more restriction, and that it's reusable. I also saw the banished, and I fixed it in the written lore. I don't know about the "entire hand", I'll do some research to see which is more common. I'll fix those shortly. NoshpalStefan
No, I understand the card perfectly - it's basically Mind Crush but with a bigger restriction. Or, in the case of Dark Worlds, the broken part of it. The thing is you can call for an example Rank 12, which your opponent probably doesn't have, and boom, you get to discard all the Dark Worlds in your hand - it's what people often did intentionally with Mind Crush so that they can ditch a Grapha or Snoww. And in this case, it's the entire hand, not just one card, so it becomes immediately broken in that aspect.

I could make it so it only discards one like the other, I mean, I just put it in since I felt like it would become broken, but maybe not? What do you think. NoshpalStefan
The point is that Card Destruction is limited for a reason - it's broken. This card is admittedly not as broken as Card Destruction, since it doesn't have the ability to draw the same number of cards, but it would still rank as broken for cards that DEPEND on discarding effects. So, yeah, I think it should be fixed.

It was meant as a negative not a positive, and it was not really the way this card ever was intended to be used, but I guess that is the point of feedback. So thanks anyway.
