While this card is equipped to a monster, you can Xyz Summon using this card as Xyz Material for the Xyz Summon. This card has it's Level treated as the same Level as the monster it's equipped to when Xyz Summoning. You can banish this card from the Graveyard; target 1 "Inzektor" monster in your Graveyard except "Inzektor Tarantula"; Special Summon that target.
