Once per turn, you can Detach 1 Xyz Material from this Card: Target 1 "Cloud Beast" Monster in your Banished Zone; Special Summon that Target. During either Player's turn, If a "Cloud Beast" Monster would be Destroyed: you can Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Banish that Monster. And if you do, Special Summon that Monster from your Banished Zone during your next Standby Phase. You can only use this effect of "Absolute Cloud Beast King, Storm Raptor" Once per turn.

Plays with the Banished Zone quite a bit. Seemed cool to make.

Certainly not a bad archetype, although you allow for too much to be special summoned without any utility in the actual event that you can't SS something.
