As long as there is monsters your side of the field other than this card this card cannot be target for attack. If this card is in defense mode put it into attack mode. Any monster that Attacks this card is attached to this card unless this card is the only monster on your side of the field. As long as this card is on the field all cards on your side of the field are named "Incubator". Each turn gain 200 Life Points for each card attached to this card. At any time you can pay 3000 Life Points to attach any card on the field to this card, Any card selected for attachment has its effect negated. Once per turn: You can tribute 3 monsters on your side of the field to force any monster on your opponents side of the field to Attack this card. If this card is removed from the field not by the effect of "Incubator" you lose 500 Life Points for each card attached to this card.

Gonna try fixing the OCG, but there's a contradiction.

 

 

If this card is in Defense Position, change it to Attack Position. The names of all cards you control become "Incubator". If you control another monster, this card cannot be targeted for an attack. During either player's turn: You can pay 3000 Life Points to target 1 other card on the field; negate its effects, also attach it to this card. During your opponent's Battle Phase: You can Tribute 3 other monsters, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; change it to Attack Position (if possible), and it attacks this card. If this card is attacked, during the Battle Step: Attach the attacking monster to this card.  You must control another monster to activate and to resolve this effect. During each Standby Phase: Gain 200 Life Points for each of this card's Xyz Materials. When this card leaves the field, except by the effect of "Incubator": You lose 500 Life Points for each Xyz Material that was attached to it.

 

 

This card isn't bad. It can easily control the field as long as you have enough Life Points to pay for its negation effect. But it's a mess.
