Loyalist
Been a while since I made any cards so here is a quick archetype I put together. I may give reps if I think your review is helpful.
If a Reptile-Type Monster you control is destroyed as a result of battle you can Special Summon this card from your hand. During the end of the Battle Phase, if this card in the graveyard attacked this turn you can add 1 "Hydra" Monster from your deck to your hand. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. If a Reptile-Type Monster you control is destroyed as a result of battle you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned inflict 800 damage to your opponent's life points. During the End Phase, if this card is Destroyed as a result of battle you can pay 500 life points to Special Summon as many "Hydra Spawn" from your deck as possible in face-up attack position. If the only Monsters in your graveyard are Reptile-Type you can Special Summon this card from your hand and if you do it becomes level 4. When this card is tribute Summoned you can target 1 "Hydra" Monsters in your graveyard with 0 DEF: return them to the hand. During the Battle Phase if a "Hydra" Monster is targeted for an attack you can discard this card from your hand: Switch the attack target to defence position. During the End Phase of the turn you activated this effect you can Special Summon this card from your graveyard.

. Each time a "Hydra" Monster you control is destroyed as a result of battle place 2 Curse counters on this card. During the End Phase of each turn remove all Curse counters from this card: Special Summon 1 "Hydra" Monster from your deck whose level is equal to or less than the number of counters removed.

3 Level 4 Reptile-Type Monsters You can detach any amount of Xyz Materials from this card to activate the appropriate effect: 1 - Double this card's original ATK until the End Phase. 2 - Special Summon 1 Reptile-Type Monster from your graveyard. 3 - Destroy 3 cards on the field.

TRUE RULER^(Imper.Di )
Personally I like them I think I imagined them a little differently from the topic. I like the play-style. It's mostly a straight beater with a relatively continuous flow of monsters. The big weakness is if they are destroyed through effects or are Banished(most cards have this weakness). Maybe you should add some cards that inflict damage to your opponent when a "Hydra" or Reptile monster is destroyed by battle(kinda like Backfire). For imaginative purposes: A hero stabs a Hydra through the heart and as it dies one head bites the hero, envenoming them.
Loyalist
You must post each effect separately. Sorry I assumed they were easy enough to read, will update shortly. At first I wanted to have them gain multiple attacks but then I thought "Everytime you cut a head off another appears" so instead I focused on a 'battle' focused theme. The idea for venom seemed to be too similar to the 'venom' archetype but as a 1 off card I guess it is feasible. Will update either today (or if I'm lazy) tomorrow.
