宇佐見 蓮子@C94
Yea, magic and stuff. It's been a while since I last visited RC, and you can blame the fact that there is only 5+-ish active supporters of RC, including me. The name is actually supposed to be Hutch, but then I realized that this is me so I just put the name in Japanese. *ahem* This is meant to be another of those ridiculous Toyo Xyz cards I made back in the days of Xyz Daily.
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this card gains 1 of the following effects. ●This turn, when a monster(s) is Special Summoned: Destroy those monster(s) with less ATK than this card. This card must be face-up to activate and to resolve this effect. ●This turn, when a monster(s) is Special Summoned: Destroy those monster(s) with more ATK than this card. This card must be face-up to activate and to resolve this effect. If you do, change this card to Defense position, and its position cannot be changed until the End Phase of the next turn.
Thanks to Zazu for fixing the originally terrible OCG.
Zazubat
I appear to have been summoned. Anyway, I can't really say I like the design of this card. While it also affects your monsters, it is extreamly powerful towards a ton of monsters, and you most likely won't be Special Summoning a whole lot during your opponent's turn, and neither the other way around. I suggest some sort of additional cost maybe, or switch it to Defense Position so it can more easily be taken out. Now, since you told me so, I'll fix your OCG a bit: Alright, there's a few problems here, the first is that you are using the bullet holes. Now, that's fine and dandy, but you wish to activate these effects, in which case you normally use a colon. You did as such, but these do not activate, they are both continuous effects, and they are both not in response to anything. Also, you want to put a period in the end instead of the colon in cases like these. The other problem is that you put a condition in the end. Now, how bullets work is that only what is in the phrase of the bullet applies. This is normally why the last thing on a card is typically a bullet, as what comes after the bullet applies to only what is in that bullet point. You put the condition "This card has to be face-up on the field for this effect to activate and resolve" in the last effect, which means that it doesn't apply to the first. If this is intentional or not I cannot tell, but I very much doubt it. Also, that condition, as I already said, doesn't make any sense since this is not an effect that activates. Making the card "gain" the effect means that if the card leaves the field, the effect will be no more, as it's part of the card, so I took out that condition completely. Anyway, here's the fix: Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this card gains 1 of the following effects. ●This turn, destroy any monster Special Summoned with less ATK than this card. ●This turn, destroy any monster Special Summoned with ATK higher than this card. 宇佐見 蓮子@C94
I actually wrote that last line so that her effect cannot activate if she is destroyed, but I guess your wording works so much better. Fix'd it a bit ^_^ I wanted to restrict it so that it's effect can only be used every 2 turns, but that's just silly because, well, you wouldn't really summon monsters on two consecutive turns that much. You can make it activate an effect WHEN a monster is Special Summoned, that way if your monster is gone at resolution, the monster won't die. That could also balance it out. Here's how it would look: Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; this card gains 1 of the following effects. ●This turn, when a monster(s) is Special Summoned: Destroy those monster(s) with less ATK than this card. 宇佐見 蓮子@C94
Well, that made it really long. However, it's much closer to my original design so thanks again.

It's as far as I know the only way for it to work like you intended. Sometimes, it just needs to be long.
Therrion
Solid card, would next to always go for the second effect. May or may not be staple worthy, though, it comes off as it would see alot of play. The first effect can completely shut off most Synchro strategies because usually the Special Summon the Tuner or the non-Tuner, which will next to always be weaker than this card. Maestroke, Fire King, and Archfiends can get around this card rather easily, as well as Spellbooks running Spellbook of Power. Very nice card that's not OP but worth using. 8.4/
宇佐見 蓮子@C94
It's kinda meant to shut down E-Drags completely, as well as multi-swarming weak monsters quickly, so it's the Xyz that is useful to keep in your side deck. You can even main it, if your extra isn't full of other staples. Thanks, I guess. =
Therrion
The things that get around it was my way of saying it's balanced in the meta. It's a very nice card, and I love control cards in Yu-Gi-Oh! And very true, it would be a great sideboard 1 of vs. alot of decks.
