L0SS Posted June 2, 2013 Report Share Posted June 2, 2013 Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can target 1 monster on either side of the field; increase it's Level by 1 until the End Phase (this is a Quick Effect). [hr] I tried to shake up the whole Level changing fad with this, as it can be used effectively with your own monsters, or to oppose your opponent's monsters (for example, if they summon a monster with Tour Guide, you can use this to prevent them going into a Rank 3). Also, I feel as more and more WIND monsters are released they're heading towards control and this is a control monster, in a sense. It basicly prevents your opponent from Xyz Summoning, and changes their intended Synchro plays into different, possibly less prosperous ones.
