Perhaps make it so that it says "This card cannot be destroyed. Negate this effect if there are no other monsters on the field." During each of your End Phases: Increase your Life Points by 1000. It's a beatstick that honestly isn't worth the effort. I have to -2 myself for an average beatstick? Eh, I wouldn't bother. Sure, the protection is very nice but it only protects itself from destruction while banishing and bouncing will take care of it without hesitation. Also, I'm no fan of the name. I think you could spice it up a little. My suggestions for the card itself would be to reduce its Level to 8 and make its materials "1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters".
