This card can only be Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field by Tributing 2 monsters they control. You cannot Normal Summon or Set the turn you Special Summon this card. This monster's controller takes 1000 damage during each of their Standby Phases. So, I saw this mentioned in the Volcanic Queen thread. Thought it deserved it's own thread. Anyway, discus. Granted in an ideal world where the game isn't chaotic, this could possibly warrant a limit/ban. But the fact Dragon Rulers make when I tribute their Dragosac and LaDD for this is just...priceless. Did this used to be Limited? They can still attack you, as the controller of Safe Zone is the one that talks about not being able to attack the opponent.
