I don't know if this is overpowered or not, but please tell me if it is.

OCG:

2 Level 6 Zombie-Type monsters

When this card destroys a monster by battle: Target 1 Zombie-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target in Attack Position, but it cannot attack this turn. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard that was attached to this card a Xyz Material (at the time it was destroyed).

 

It's too strong. Rank 6s typically cap out at about 2700. As is, he's strong enough to be a Rank 8+. I'd reduce its ATK by 600-700 and its DEF by at least 900. Zombies typically have low DEF so it'd fit the motif. As for the effect, it's okay. It Special Summons a Zombie every time it kills but in my opinion he's primariy a gigantic beatstick. It also doesn't use its Materials which means it can get way out of hand if your opponent doesn't have an out for it (and with 3300 ATK its likely to kill most). I would say make it detach as a cost. Also for the second effect, it would say make it so that it Special Summons any 1 Level 6 or lower zombie. That would make it more useful and versatile.

I would suggest allowing the Special Summon target to attack, considering this card isn't all that great. There is not many ways to Summon it, the easiest being Doomkaiser AM into a dead Lv. 8, and even thats not that easy. Also, there is no way this card is dieing in battle, perhaps make it so if it's removed from the field by your opponent's card effect. There are only 7 Level 8 Zombies, make this card worthwhile of Summoning.
