Anything? [takes a deep breath]

All of your Monster Cards are severely underpowered for their Levels, especially considering they are Normal Monsters and not Effect Monsters, so you are not compensating for their abilities by lowering their power (ATK and DEF).

While custom sub-types are permitted, especially when they are creative, including a standard Archetype (such as Warrior) will tell other cards how to interact with the cards you make.

The pictures for Claude and Carl look like they might have been compressed, giving the subject a slightly squashed appearance. By cropping the picture in MS Paint, or on some image sharing sites, you can avoid the compressed look and portray the individual at his greatest power and comfort.

For VCPD, I am assuming the text is referring to Monster Cards, because of the reference to Levels. What if you target a Spell or Trap Card instead? As a concept, I don't know why the police is connected to the concept of stealing something. Maybe the card ought to be called "VCPD Cruiser" if it's about the sheer speed of the car in the hands of the thief.

LCPD may be too powerful since it may not have any blow-back. This would be determined by the process through which your opponent Special Summons the new monsters: must they be Level 4 or below, or can s/he ignore all Tribute Summoning requirements? If your opponent can Special Summon high-level monsters, and choose them him/herself, then this card is actually beneficial for your opponent. If, on the other hand, your opponent must summon the next available monsters, there could be some benefit for you.
