Kyng's Old Account
When a DARK monster you control is destroyed (either by battle or card effect): Target 1 monster your opponent controls with less ATK than the destroyed monster; take control of the target until your next End Phase. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you use this effect.[hr]Flavour Music - Demon CombatThe creatures of the Darkness have found yet another technique to add to their arsenal. Through binding their power and essence into a condensed, powerful, and compressed energy, they can release this burst upon their demise, and in doing so corrupt and control weaker prey. The effects, though, are not permanent. I figured I'd try make a simple addition to a generic DARK Deck. It gives more Xyz potential, evidently, and I feel it certainly gives back Trap Cards the intimidating name of "trap".
Therrion
Interesting. Why is the Lore below the card different from the card itself? A decent card, could be used in casual play. The Special Summon stopping is rather pointless unless you go kamikaze on something to take a weaker monster, which in most cases, is bad. You could just put "Destroyed" instead of Destroyed by battle to make this card a little better. Do you have any particular reason as to why you made this card? Any combo in mind? I fail to see a use.
Kyng's Old Account
Bump; anyone? =cEDIT: Oops, ninja'edI'll fix the lore issue. Jesus, how'd I miss that? -.-;I did put in the Special Summon clause because, just in case of, say, a kamikaze Mystic Tomato/equivalent searcher into a potential Adreus.I will definitely make your considerations actuality
Therrion
Yeah, but would a kamikaze Mystic Tomato really OP the card, or just make people like "O.O Did that Tomato just whoop my---" It would add versatility and fun to the card, instead of restricting it to a "Heartfelt Appeal" lookalike. Also, when do your opponents have Level 5's with 1400 or less ATK, and also, even if they did, what Level 5's with 1500 or less ATK would you run to Summon from the such said Tomato? I mean, really, it won't make the card OP, just more versatile.
