Posted June 8, 2013 Report Share Posted June 8, 2013 If you have 3 or more "Laval" monsters with different names in your Graveyard, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand).It's been far too long, since I last did this, I know...Also his hat is on fire, it's an unusual effect, Shoosh.Anyway, as far as Burner goes, it's pretty neat that it's a Cyber Dragon that can be played whenever, provided you have at least 3 different Lavals in your Graveyard.Discuss. Anyway, you're right, this can basically be dropped at any time, but the problem is that you really only ever want to draw Cannon, you generally don't have many monsters to overlay/synch with this.
