Zazubat
Bat girl bat girl bat girl bat girl During either player’s turn, when resolving a die roll, you can discard this card and negate that die roll and re-roll it. Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. Once per trun, during either player's Main Phase 1: Roll a six-sided die, then apply 1 of these effects until the End Phase. *1-2: When a monster you control is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: The turn player draws 1 card. *3-4: At the start of the Damage Step, when a monster you control battles: It gains ATK equal to the DEF of the monster it is battling until the end of the Damage Step. *5-6: Once this turn, when a monster(s) is Special Summoned: Monsters you control gain ATK equal to half the original ATK of 1 of those monsters. Aix
OMG, Zazu made a loli card. Toyo would be proud of you. The dice effects are really unimpressive, making this an overall unimpressive card. The only use for it will be for it's first effect and the second effect is just an added bonus which is fine enough. Are the dice effects only applied while Bad Luck Bat is on the field? Anyway, I'd suggest completely rethinking the dice effects and make them either somewhat similar in some way or make it so that you can roll during your turn and the effects be something beneficial for you for during your turn. The stats are fine for a Level 3, I suppose it's nice that it's a Tour Guide target. BTW, you have quite a few spelling mistakes in there and how did you get the bullets into Photoshop anyway? I made a new layer with text only in Arial (as others don't seem to look right), and copied a bullet hole from the internet. Anyway, yeah, I might change it a bit, having them able to use them your turn sounds like it could work as well. I actually used this image a long time ago, I just felt like using it again :P EDUT: Upduted et.

L0SS
Dice rolling is an instant turn-off. Having said that, I think you've made the best of a bad mechanic. The first effect is probably suitable, but it's the effects on role that are pretty interesting. When played right, it can be overwhelmingly positive, but it has the capacity to backfire. I think the main issue with a card like this is that it's effects are never really going to complement particular set, as it's too unlikely to get a particular result to be worth running. I suppose there is always the option of a luck-based deck. *shudders* I think this is a bad idea, brilliantly executed. +points for bats though. Anyway, thanks for the review. I want to make it decent, but not overpowered, of course luck plays into it, but it shouldn't just mean that you throw balance out of the window. I might add a roll 6 makes it pop a card maybe?
Therrion
I think popping a card on a 6 roll is fine. I feel, however, the card would mainly be played as a Lv. 3 Fiend Tuner that is hard to get rid of for Dark Highlander Summons. A straight "Get out of Yugioh" to Dark Resonator (unless, ofc, you are using Resonator support). A solid card, useable even if there was no dice abilities whatsoever. I feel 3-4 roll is tad to powerful, though. It has the potential to stop Battle Phases for your opponent alltogether provided a few lucky rolls/rerolls, and the power to change the tide of the duel. Something tells me that a Lv. 3 monster shouldn't have that potential. Is the roll mandatory? It doesn't say can, but I'm not entirely sure. So yes, it is mandatroy.
