If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. The targeted monster's effect(s) is negated. [hr] Born from the past memories of his allies, Mind Sweeper enacts his revenge by destroying the minds of his victims. Therrion Posted June 9, 2013 Report Share Posted June 9, 2013 DARK is a little less accepted in BaniPsychics as it denies access to Beast/Barkion. Also, this card doesn't net advantage and most likely won't negate an effect at a key moment. As it stands, it is underpowered. As it stands, it's outclassed by Esper Girl for the amount of advantage she nets advantage, Jumper because he can annoy/change the game, and Commander because he can bring some damage to the table.
