Practically everyone that uses it draws during and after the activation. When they are only supposed to draw after. The second card shows the Lore before the errata or whatever was changed. It was later errata'd to read the more clear way in the spoiler. Then it was errata'd AGAIN to read the first way. In other words, it was errata'd to make it LESS clear. It's a pain to run into as a DN Admin. Most people understand what I explain, but the fact it's so vague in the first place makes it a nightmare to see. I dunno, it's not like it causes problems on it's own, but it's just...
