Medivh
You are supposed to post the Card Lore, you know, but I'll attempt to do it for you this time. "This card can only be summoned (including normal summon) by tributing "Adolescent Saiyan Gohan". When the card is summoned, flip all face down cards face up. Then destroy all cards on the field that say "destroy" in their name of description except this card. Cards destroyed by this effect do not their effect of being sent to the graveyard or when destroyed by a card effect. This card cannot attack the turn it is summoned."
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 "Adolescent Saiyan Gohan" you control. When this card is Special Summoned, flip all Set cards face up, and destroy all cards that have "destroy" in their name or description, except this card. Negate the effect(s) of cards destroyed by this effect. Alternatively, You can Normal Summon this card by Tributing 1 "Adolescent Saiyan Gohan" you control. When this card is Summoned, flip all Set cards face up, and destroy all cards that have "destroy" in their name or description, except this card. Negate the effect(s) of cards destroyed by this effect.
I'd like to see "Adolescent Saiyan Gohan". But no matter how strong or weak that card is, this one is majorly overpowered in my opinion. You get a 4400 ATK monster that essentially nukes the field, and even if it doesn't, you still get to see your opponent's backrow/Set monsters for less than it costs to Normal Summon a Blue-Eyes. Also, unless the rules have changed in my absence, attached images are a no-no.
