Chaos Xyz Evolution

This card supports Xyz Monsters that can perform Chaos Xyz Evolution. It is better than just Xyz Summoning the Xyz Monster by its own effect, because there is an increase in ATK and DEF.

If you use this to Xyz Summon "Number C39: Utopia", it will essentially become a Rank 4 Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

The fact that this only has 2 targets makes it quite meh, and since those two targets are only useful when your Life Points are below 1000 AND that both can simply be Chaos Xyz Summoned by using their counterparts, then that pretty much makes this kind of worthless. I suppose you can use other Rank 4s with the same typing and Attribute, but it just doesn't seem worth it for this card There's plenty better ways to increase their ATK, and honestly, I would rather want my Victory or V than I would want the others. Also, you forgot to write the lore to the card.

Lavalval Ignis becomes Ultimatrainer

Shine Elf/Slacker sounds incredibly suboptimal, but being able to turn a Tour Guide into a 4300 ATK beater, that has a +1 effect that can burn the opponent, and cannot be targeted. So a +0 Obelisk the Tormentor (once out) the turn it's made. Not sure what you intended for the ATK/DEF gain, but if you intended it to work like Numeron's Force or Barian's Force, it makes it completely Obelisk because responses miss the timing.

That sounds fair for 2 cards, right?

If it's meant to just Rank 4 -> Rank 4, add "of the same rank". If it's not, it's horrible design because it's far too free.

Oh, and you must post the written version of the effect separately.

This comment is confusing. You forgot it because of the ATK/DEF increase? Wat? Also, the last sentence. You say you intend for it work like any other Rank-Up-Magic card, but yet it still is as I first off thought it worked. Please be more clear on what you mean.
