In 2009, the release of Yugi’s best cards were easily obtainable, in 2010, we also did this with Kaiba, but there seems to be someone missing, how about everyone's favourite underdog duelist, Joey Wheeler! 
 
This is your chance to collect the most luckiest – and down-right awesome – cards of the man himself, with some all-new twists you’ve never seen before. As with the Kaiba Duelist Pack, it is impossible to leave some of Joey's favourite cards out, so this time we've updated the set to 45 cards!
 
It contains many reprints of hard to get cards and it also contains 10 new cards for the TCG with 9 of them being worldwide exclusives, with the set also containing the first TCG release of "Sixth Sense", a card so powerful that it's banned from the game. Along with these exclusives are some valuable cards with alternate artworks of previously released cards that have also never been seen before in the TCG.
 
Breakdown
In the TCG, each pack of Duelist Pack: Joey contains 5 cards and each box contains 15 packs. There are 45 cards in total. The number of card of each rarity are as follows:

During your Main Phase, you can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Red-Eyes" monster, except "Red-Eyes B. Chick" from your hand or Deck. It cannot attack this turn.

This card is used to Ritual Summon "Knight of Dark Dragons". You must also Tribute monsters whose total Levels equal 4 or more from the field or your hand. When "Knight of Dark Dragons" is Ritual Summoned by this card's effect, if you Tributed a "Red-Eyes" monster for the Ritual Summon, you can banish this card from your Graveyard to target that "Red-Eyes" monster in your Graveyard; and Special Summon it.

When an opponent's monster declares an attack on a monster you control, send the attacking monster to the Graveyard. Then, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK of that monster in the Graveyard.
