Since apparently Geminis are the hot shit in RC right now:
Target 1 Gemini monster you control; that target is treated as an Effect Monster and gains its effect(s).  During the End Phase , that Monster loses its effect(s), then, you can add 1 level 4 or lower Gemini Monster from your deck to your hand.
Comment, review, rate, hate, whatever.  Enjoy!

Get some Quick-play up in this bitch.

Seriously though, any added versatility for Geminis is good, so making it a Quick-Play will aid that. It's a summoner and a searcher, which is cool; the fact that you've gotta summon to search means it isn't entirely cheap. Overall, it's solid. A tiny little point, though, End Phase, Level, and Effect Monster should be capitalised. The grammar Nazi in me thought I should tell you that.

I dunno what making it a quick-play would really do to it other than make it potential MST bait, so Ima keep it as-is.

Monster is capitalized after Gemini, btw. Other grammar Nazi has been taken care of by Plain.

You made searching power that downright beats all the other card makers that wanted to attempt to make searching a little harder, but I'm not opposed to this. I like it.

Could make Tuned Magician a Tuner long enough for a Synchro Summon, get a fast Samurai/Valkyria +1 before Xyz Plays.

EDIT: Anything outclasses SDS. It sucks.

It probably wouldn't do much for the card on an intrinsic level, but you have to think about the monsters who would use this card. For instance, if there was a Gemini monster that would become immune to card effects upon second summon, then making this quick-play would mean you can counter a mirror force. Just an example, but my point is that you have to think ahead.

Well spotted. We've got this covered.

I don't know, I feel as if they may need a cost. Not a big one, but being able to search and gain an effect with no cost is kinda worrying too me. Maybe just a 500 LP cost, or reducing the targeted monster's ATK by 500 until the End Phase. Otherwise, it is a solid enough card, but just freaking fix that OCG, PLEASE!

LP costs are silly and an ATK drop would make the card a lot worse.  One thing I'm considering is not allowing the added monster to be summoned during the turn you use Summon Spell.

Also, I'm not making it a quickplay.  That'd be a sacky design choice.

You could make the search occur at the End Phase.

"Target 1 face-up Gemini Monster. That monster becomes an Effect Monster, and gains its effect. During your End Phase, the monster targeted by this effect becomes a Normal Monster and loses its effect, then, add 1 Level 4 or lower Gemini Monster from your Deck to your hand."

I wouldn't mind some sort of cost. Nothing to big, like a discard. Perhaps a banish from a monster in graveyard?

Doing the search during the EP...  I could do that, but I don't think it's too bad searching during the MP.  Maybe if I get a few more opinions in favor of that I could do it.

I wouldn't mind having it done at the end phase. Not really a cost, but squashes any qualms I had about the card. If you don't want to do that, perhaps just make the ATK lost be 300 instead. Not quite as big of a loss. But of the two, I think searching during the End Phase is better.

EP searching it is.  Gimme a sec to update the OP.
