Target 2 Normal Monsters you control with the same name; Special Summon 1 monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard with the same name as the targeted monsters. If the Special Summoned monster is a Dragon-Type monster: Your opponent cannot activate any face-down cards for the rest of the turn. The targeted monsters cannot declare an attack this turn.

A far too conditional card with a conditional effect and a drawback. Honestly, I'm fine if the monsters can attack based on how conditional the card is. While yes, it works with Rabbit, so would a Level Warrior SS/Goblindbergh prior to a Rabbit make a 3 Mat Rank 4, and those cards go well with any Level 4, not just Rabbit.

That being said, it can extend outside of Rabbit's reach. The most noticeable and prominent target outside of Rabbit would be Blue-Eyes, and provided that I see why you would want to skip the Battle Phase. It wouldn't be too hard to Maiden/Bellow 2 Blue-Eyes onto the field and use this card, but still, Blue-Eyes players even if the cards could attack would shy away from how conditional this Spell is. I can't imagine this card finding a home outside Rabbit Abuse Decks (Leviair/Rabbit/3 sets of Normal Monster targets), which lack in playability to begin with.

I like the idea/thought however. I don't dislike it for the lack of playability, as it is still somewhat creative.

Thank you for the review! I will work on reworking its effect. I had a day where I didn't get on YCM and I have a lot to get caught up on, so this falls lower on the list, but I'll try to make it more useable. Perhaps change the cost to halved battle damage from the targeted monsters. Maybe make it a quick-play spell card?
