Since I want to try to play these again (Photon-Galaxy)

Alright, since Evilfusion won't say it I will. Your build needs work. For example, Caesar really isn't worth the effort. He's cloggy and you don't get much out of wasting a Sanc on him. Drop all 3 for Trags and another Thrasher.

Also, while they can use it, Galaxy Queen's Light isn't worth the effort in running it, despite it getting searched by Wizard. But in his case you'd much rather be searching Knight, GEPD or Expedition.

Galaxy Zero can be run at either 1 or 2, but I much favour @1. Also, there's a card called Acellight, which SSs a Lv 4 or lower Galaxy/Photon monster from your Deck at the expense of your NS, but this means you can auto search practically any Galaxy by SSing Wizard. It's a card that's rather good @1, or @0, your choice, but it's nice to have the option.

You can also use RotA to grab Thrasher. Plus, it's worthwhile to have a Honest in your deck, for the usual reasons. Fiendish Chain isn't doing too good this season, which is why people prefer Breakthrough Skill right now. I run my variant with 3 Decree course.

In summation:

-3 Caesar

-2 Galaxy Queen's Light

-1 Fiendish Chain

+1 Thrasher

+2 Tragoedia

+1 Honest

+1 Accellight

+1 RotA

I have always personally liked Queen's Light, though I'll take 1 of them out. If it ends up never being used, I'll take the other one out as well. Other than that, your suggestions seem alright. And never thought of Trag in this, could become interesting.

I learned from the master.

Also, you should remove Overlord from your extra for N15, since you never know when he could be useful. While Overlord can pop things, you don't want to resources for him. You only need 1 NGEPD, because really, you've won by the time you summoned the first one. So:

-1 Overlord

-1 NGEPD

+1 Number 15

+1 Paladynamo

I dunno, I never liked not having the ace card only at 1, though in reality, it only does the powerful stuff by chance so I'll take 1 of them out.

Oh, one last thing. Because of Galaxion's rather specific materials, you won't be summoning him often, so I reckon yous hould do this:

-1 Adreus

-1 Galaxion

+1 M7

+1 Thunder Charger

I don't even think I can make Galaxion with the current Deck, so taking it out

Galaxy Queen's Light, even as a tech, is pointless in this type of build. You will have no trouble whatsoever accumulating the Level 8s for any of the Rank 8s, which admittedly can do plenty of damage without resorting to Neo Galaxy-Eyes. The only time I used it was when I used a variant that ran Summoner Monk, which didn't actually work that well.

Why are you only running 2 Galaxy-Eyes? As the central card of the Deck, you will definitely want it at 3. You don't want to run out of targets for Galaxy Expedition or make Photon Sanctuary dead.

I don't think Accellight is worthwhile in this kind of build. You can search Wizard or Satellite, but without your Normal Summon, you're rather limited in what you can do afterwards. It has too much potential to dead draw if you have monsters out, which will be almost constantly, either from Thrasher or remnants of combos.
