Ren✧
2 Toon Monsters Must be Special Summoned(from your Extra Deck) by sending the above cards from your hand or side of the field to the Graveyard while you control "Toon World". (You do not use "Polymerization"). Cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. You can only control 1 face-up "Meteor Toon Dragon." You must pay 800 Life Points to declare an attack with this card. If a face-up "Toon World" that you control would be destroyed: Destroy this card instead. As long as you control this face-up monster: Toon Monsters cost 1 less Tribute to Summon.
Therrion
Time to get into it. Amazing, much needed Toon Support on a really strong body. Very easy to Summon (i didn't see from hand in the 1v1 challenge, felt derpish afterwards). Adds much needed pressure, fast, and flawlessly. Protection Toon World is nice, and also provides a downfall/achilles heel to the card as an MST could kill him. Meteor B. Dragon is amongst my favorite cards (since before GX) and so a Toon of him is awesome. Toons have Summoning Sickness, and so this card being able to attack the turn it's Summoned adds speed to the Deck killwise right there. The 800 LP addition seems alright to me, I can see how you would want such a thing on a card that comes out easily with 3500 ATK, and it adds a "Toon Feauture" to the card. Definitely makes it more balanced then when it had a "destroy this card, destroy opponent card" effect. The last effect is amazing, making Toon Summoned Skull and Blue-Eyes more playable, bringing out a 3000 from your hand with only 1 Tribute via Special Summon is a nice way to apply early pressure.Smacking down free 2500s will close the game fast. Somewhat off topic I think we need to get YCM to agree on new Toon conditions. Like, what defines a Toon as a Toon. We could replace the "This card cannot attack the turn it is Summoned." with "This card cannot attack directly the turn it is Summoned.", and take on after your "My Body for Toon World" effect. Any thoughts or disagreements on the Toon conditions? Oh, LP to Attack, not that big of a deal, or can just be removed.

Well added the LP cost to add a Toon Feature to the card, seeing as that is what seemed to be the card's biggest problem in the 1v1. The LP cost is higher because, it is easier to get out and is a pretty strong monster. So the definition could be as follows: What defines a Toon Monster? Must have a reliance of somewhat on Toon World Higher leveled Toon monsters must have a LP cost to attack Summoning Sickness is optional Must either be destroyed when Toon World is destroyed or destroy itself in an attempt to save it Direct attack is optional(at least for Extra Deck). Perhaps keep must attack a Toon Monster if applicable? The last bullet I have been thinking over. I felt it would clutter the card, seeing as no one runs Toon Monsters, but it is something to think about. Thank you for the review, Therrion! L0SS
TOONS FOR TIER 0! Seriously though, this is a nice card. The good thing about supporting a painfully undeveloped sub-type is that you are free to use effects and conditions that would otherwise be classified as pretty damn broken. If this were real, I'd love to see a Toon Rabbit deck that would go straight into this from two Alligators. The last effect is great, as it actually makes higher Level Toons more viable. The fact that it will save your Toon World is a nice touch, and the LP cost is in keeping with the general idea. I think a direct attack would be too much for a 3500 beater, so it's fine as is. When all's said and done; I like this card, a lot. Keep on rolling out the Toon support!
