This card cannot attack directly the turn it is Summoned. If "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, destroy this card. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon Monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. If this card would be destroyed while you do not control a face-up "Toon World": You can place this card in your Spell & Trap Card Zone. This effect can only be activated once while this card is face-up on the field. As long as this card is in your Spell & Trap Card Zone its name is treated as "Toon World." If you activate a "Toon World" Spell Card while this card is in your Spell & Trap Card Zone: Special Summon this card, then add 1 "Toon" or "Manga" card from your Deck to your hand.

Dat creativity. I concede Toons to you.

On a more serious note, really nice and creative work there. Shows me I still have to up my creative game, and not minorly either. The effect is great, providing Toon World for A. No cost, and B. When you fail to have access to it while also providing a way for it to return and have a powerful yet very well balanced search effect.

I was thinking La Toon the Genie of the Lamp would've been funnier as far as the name goes. Nitpicking. Card is perfect.

While creativity is key in creating cards, I don't think it should necessarily trump competitiveness or usability. I would love to see some Toon Support created by you. Thank you for the review! I kinda drew inspiration from the idea that a genie would retreat into their lamp if they were threatened, so going to the s/t zone is kinda representative of that. The name is notably funnier, sounds kinda french.
