[Therrion DDC 1/22] Cyber Toon Dragon

Welcome to my DDC, Double Daily Challenge, where I will release two cards a day for the next 25 days.

This card, Cyber Toon Dragon, has been made according to mine and Renegade's agreements on what Toon Monsters as a whole should be changed towards.

This should aid the searching power as a whole to the Toon Deck (By getting Table of Contents), retrieve Toon World (provided you don't have it already in hand), or, while having access to Toon World, increase the push and pressure on your opponent. Apologize ahead of time for any Toons in DDC as most tend to have subpar image quality. Rate, hate, commentate!

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. You can Special Summon this card from your hand while you control a face-up "Toon World" and control no monsters. This card cannot attack directly the turn it is Summoned. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon Monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. You can discard this card to add 1 "Toon" Spell Card from your Deck to your hand.

Happy to see you going through with you DDC. A nice beater for Toon Monsters as well as a search engine for Toon World. I like how you don't have to tribute to Special Summon him, like most higher leveled Toon Monsters, staying true to the Cyber End spectrum of the card. I don't see anything wrong with the card, offering a great deal of support for Toon Monsters.

It is a Swiss Army knife, searching any monster via Table and if needed Toon World itself. I went with a basic approach compared to you, so my next Toon card released will have to have double the effort put into it. Thanks for the review, Renegade, despite the card doesn't have much too it and thus can't really get to much of a review.

Well that, I am not that skilled of a reviewer. I wouldn't dog too much on this card. It is a much needed addition to the Toon cards, and could turn into a great deck thinner now that I think about it. You can discard it, add Table of Contents, have table of contents add another version of this, then table of contents again, and so on. I am sure that some type of gimicky deck could utilize, most likely an Exodia variant, which doesn't need more support, but this card can't break them any farther, because Exodia is already a terribly broke design.
