FROG KING
* *
[Aqua / Xyz / Effect]
ATK/ 1600   DEF/ 1200

2 Level 2 WATER monsters

When this card is Xyz Summoned: Special Summon 1 "Frog" monster from your Graveyard, except for "Frog the Jam". This effect can only be activated once per turn. Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; send 1 Level 2 or lower Aqua-Type WATER monster from your Deck to the Graveyard.

Takes two Frogs to Summon two Frogs, this Frog of which is basically a Swap Frog (without return to hand protection, assuring it is alive next turn) that is picky on what it sends.

Not all too impressive. As far as I know, Frogs have perfectly fine milling capabilities as it stands. Perhaps swap the effects.

Btw, there isn't an Aqua-Type that is Level 2 or lower that isn't a WATER monster.

So it... loops into itself?

Set up: Swap Frog + Ronin or a Frog in hand

Dump Ronin/Frog in Hand, SS swap Frog.

Swap Frog dumps Ronin/Other thing.

Bounce Swap, either NS it or SS it, ditch Swap Frog 2 from Deck

Revive Ronin by ditching other thing, overlay with Swap Frog.

Make this, revive Swap Frog 2, dump something else

Detach for this, dump Swap Frog 3 while detaching Ronin

Ronin, revive itself by banishing the fuel that Swap Frog 2 dumped.

Overlay Ronin + Swap Frog 2, make this

Revive Swap Frog 3, dump something

Detach Ronin for 2nd this, dump Treeborn

Revive Ronin with its effect. Overlay into this (revive something else you had in grave, idk) for 3x 1600 beater or into Gachi for 2x 2000 beater and ending on a +1 for what you payed.

Unless, of course, you SS'd swap frog the second time it was summoned from the hand, then you end 3 of this +Gachi.

Make the revival OPT for all copies or it's stupid.

Yeah I agree, the card is kind of lackluster.

And, I just copied Swap Frog for the last effect, and it says Level 2 or lower WATER Aqua.

Your swap suggestion is bad because it just makes it even more hurrdurr to loop onto the field than it already was because it doesn't take forethought to do.

@Bold: Preventative design is NOT a bad thing.

True, preventative design is never bad.

I guess I did say that without really having used Frogs all too much. You could do my suggestion and make it so you can only control one at a time, however, thus removing any possible loop from the card while still having it viable when it is on the field.

Or, keep it how it is and make the revival once per turn as Reverse said.

Oh, I had no idea you could abuse it that much. There is a once per turn clause for the 1st effect on it now.
