Discuss? this card doesn't target though... but anyway, he wouldn't have been able to activate that card regardless, unless the only monsters would have been his. I think that's how it should work. On-Topic: This looks like a really cool tech at 1 for decks that don't need to use traps.[/captainobvious] It plays mind games: • it's chainable, so if your opponent MSTs it, you just chain it and -2 your opponent. • if they don't get rid of it immediately, they might think it's a Torrential Tribute and play a bit more conservatively. Then when they go to their Battle Phase with only two monsters out, just ruin their Battle Phase and their day. In my opinion, a balanced +1 since it requires a very interesting and somewhat hard deck dedication. (Not to mention monsters are currently much more recyclable and expendable than they should be).
